The Yoga is a path, a way of living. This means, there is no
effort involved, no solution with a bang to it.
There is neither a black belt nor an impressive title to hang
on the wall. There is only this: you will feel better from day
to day. You will experience a new level of balance, security and
well-being.
In addition, there is a re-juvenation. For never forget: you
are as old as your joints.
A few exercises will suffice to let you experience a new flexibility
and mobility.
So, next time you pick something up from the floor and hear a
slight cricking sound, just ponder if it wouldn´t be nice
to feel fit again. And besides - you did want a holiday after
